Kelly has been absolutely outstanding throughout this remortgage for me, this has been the second time I have used Kelly and will continue in the future. There were many issues throughout the process causing set backs which Kelly had no issues with dealing with. Constant communication, reassurance and passion put in through the whole process to make it as easy and stress free for me as possible. I would highly recommend Kelly to anybody and all ready have a few friends and family members looking at using her when they are due a remortgage or new mortgage.
